Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Comfortable to take Telephonic Interview .
- Must have Knowledge of Job Portals
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements
- Proven recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making skill
- Excellent Communication Skill in English
- Confident , Energetic , Goal Oriented.
Willing to do Night Shift ( Candidates who are interested in night shift only can apply )
- Both Fresher and Experience can apply .
- Both Male & Female can apply.
- Salary - As per Industry Standards.
- 5 Working Days - Monday to Friday
- Shift Time - 8.00 pm - 5.00 am ( Fixed Night Shift / No rotational shift )
- Location - Salt Lake , Kolkata
