Job Description
This is a full-cycle recruiting role, so you get to do everything:
understand your hiring team, define jobs and specs, source effectively
(e.g. posting, referrals, events), work with your team of recruiters,
run the assessment process, and own the offer and close.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Source talent directly and deliver on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all open roles, using creative sourcing methodologies to develop a network of quality candidates and proactively pipeline future talent.
- Developing sourcing strategies using direct sourcing (US Job Boards), online postings, referrals and other creative search methods, for identifying, attracting and developing candidate interest and for screening and evaluating candidates.
- Assess, screen, and qualify candidate match to specific position and company values - own the mission to bring great IT Consultants to Alpha's Clients.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ months of recruiting experience in US/Domestic Recruitment Process.
- Ability to review resumes and employment applications to identify skills and work experience which correspond to the position applied.
- Ability to multi-task between daily work, weekly/monthly deadlines, and objectives for improvement.
- Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage.
