Recruiter Job Duties:
Source: Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting applicants via job boards (monster/dice/CareerBuilder), familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Google Search, X-Ray Searches).
Recruiting Terminologies/Work Permits/Tax Terms: Well versed with various work visas (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EADs) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and other various terms used in staffing.
Job Description:
- Must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Should have worked with Direct Clients and W2 positions.
- Good process knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge on Different tax terms, visas, time zones of US.
