- We are looking for US Recruiters (US Staffing), IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter
- Experience : 1-6 Years
- Work Timing : Night shift(Free cab and meal)
- Location : Noida
- Qualification :(B.Tech/BCA/MCA)
- full life cycle recruitment, including, Sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinate with candidates, negotiate compensation.
- Excellent communication skill
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment process for clients.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, reference checks and salary negotiation
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc.
- Conducting 1st round of interview to evaluate communication skills technical knowledge, attitude etc.
- Expereince into contractual hiring would be an added advantage
- Good Technical recruitment skills.
- Good at sourcing.
- Should be a performer
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-versed with MS-EXCEL and reports.
- Should have worked on contractual staffing.
- Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
- Must have experience in C2H/Contract Position
- Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills.
- Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms and conditions.
- Exposure to US Immigration process (H1-B and Green Card),W2, C2C will be a plus
