Job Description
- Sourcing and uncovering candidates.from various job boards like CareerBuilder.com, hiring.monster, dice.com, and other social networking sites like LinkedIn, The Ladders, Indeed.
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description through effective screening.
- Total understanding of US Visa (Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders)
- Experience in Billing negotiations on various tax terms (W2, 1099 & C2C).
- Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client company.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, written (clear, detailed notes are a must), enrollment and negotiation.
