- Identify and source candidates, phone screen, and interview to assess capabilities.
- Manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions and provide candidate follow-up and feedback.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers.
- Expert in Cold Calling/Head Hunting/Salary Negotiation.
- Strong Working knowledge of Boolean Searches in targeting the right candidates.
- Extensive knowledge of US HR Practices, hiring laws, Time Zones, culture, geography etc.
- Experienced in recruiting US Citizens, TN Visa, Green Card Holder, GC EAD, H1B Visa, , L2 EAD, OPT EAD, through Self Sourcing & Vendors.
- Well-versed with terms like W2 (Benefited & Non-benefited), Per Diem, 1099, Corp 2 Corp, Contract to Hire.
- Expert and knowledge of Internet recruitment sites like DICE, MONSTER, HOTJOBS, Career builder, and Computer Jobs.
- Expert and knowledge of Vendor Management Systems for tracking candidate submission.
- Screening and short-listing the profiles as per the requirements based on skills, projects, and educational background & relocation aspects.
- Identifying the right candidates and discussing with them to ensure their availability, interest, capability, attitude, confidence level and other all requisites.
- Must have min. 6 months exp. into US staffing & recruitment as recruiter
- Must have Graduate ( Computer Science background would be preferred )
