BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

(FRESHERS ARE ALSO OKAY, SHOULD HAVE DONE MBA, BE, BTECH OR EQUIVALENT TECHNOLOGY DEGREE HOLDER)
We are looking for a Star IT Recruiter who is looking for better opportunities.
Junior to mid level experience is okay.
Must be aware of all the terms and details about US IT Recruitment.
Must be aware of all the Laws of US immigration.
Must know how to identify Fake candidates.
Great Negotiation Skills.
Must know different strategies of reaching candidates faster.
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Someone with Knowledge of Social recruiting platform like LinkedIn etc is preferred.
Must have sourcing experience from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs),
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT SKILLS:

Someone with a technical background is preferred.
If you have experience of Recruiting for Cloud platforms like Salesforce then its added benefit.
Should have a basic understanding of how to screen the candidate.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

Experience in recruitment across US geography Ambitious, competitive aggressive and passionate to succeed.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have Bachelors of an equivalent degree in technology background.
