- 1. Review IT and Non-IT requirements received from the clients and verify their completeness.
2. Understand client hiring needs/requirements.
3. Apply the sources of recruitment, job-boards, social groups to search candidates on passive and active job forums, organizations, social groups, etc.
4. Publish and manage job postings on job boards
5. Technically Screen, Negotiate, Schedule interviews, and follow-up with candidates
6. Communicate with candidates over telephone, email, texts, etc. to get their availability and interest in the job/role.
