US IT Recruiter
Job Description
Understanding the need/criticality, and timely Identify the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, LinkedIn, internal job boards, employee referral, Vendors, and candidate references.
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle which includes sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and closing candidates for various positions.
Our ideal candidate must have creative sourcing strategies and be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, cold calling, job postings, job boards, Boolean searches, and resume mining).
Requirement:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruiting is an advantage.
- Must be a self-motivated results-driven professional with great communication skills in English and the ability to effectively work with senior recruiters and all levels of management.
- Implement recruiting campaigns to attract quality potential candidates for contract, contract to hire and fulltime requirements.
- Assist the lead recruiter in closing positions as well as with documentation work.
- Experience in working across all IT technologies.
- Good knowledge of US geography.
- Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements.
- Follow company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments, and hiring and comply consistently with all company regulations.
- Must be willing and able to work in US shift timing - (DLS - 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM; Normal 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM).
- Fresher's with good command in English can also apply.
