- Exp: 0-1 Years
- Location: Tiruchirappalli, TN
- B.TECH, B.COM, MBA, MCA OR ANY GRADUATES.
- No of Openings: 5+
- Requirements for Technical Recruiter
- Should be comfortable working in Night Shift
- Excellent communication skills (English) Must
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Training will be provided to fresher.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Follow up with candidates
- Demonstrated experience with social media recruiting methods
- Maintain proactive recruiting efforts to support our core competencies pipeline
- Review all requisitions and identify appropriate candidates
- Presentation of candidates to Manager for open requisitions
- Experience within a small boutique recruiting company
- Hands on with MICROSOFT Word and Excel
- Maintain strong candidate follow up, during entire interviewing and hiring process
