Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 1 year to 3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Shift Timing: Night Shift Timing
Location:Trichy
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
· Analyze the job requirements.
· Source the candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.).
· Screen the candidates.
· Shortlist the candidates for next level process.
· Arrange interview sessions.
· Make follow ups.
Required Skills:
· Hands on Experience in sourcing and screening profiles from the job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.).
· Ready to work on target based environment.
· Good communication skill is mandatory.
· Negotiation and convincing skills is an added advantage.
·
Knowledge
about US tax terms (W2, C2C and 1099).
