Job Description
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any type of IT or Computer Science stream like (BCA, BIT, BSc IT, BTech and IT diploma holders etc.).
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or in a industry which requires exceptional soft skills.
• We also welcome freshers with excellent communication skills and graduation in IT or engineering.
Job Duties:
• Understanding IT staffing requirements using google, wiki etc.
• Searching the right candidates from job boards & LinkedIn.
• Screening the candidates, negotiating their salaries.
• Scheduling interviews, facilitating the onboarding process & periodic follow ups.
Training we’re going to offer to make you able to perform the above duties: - (only to freshers)
• End to End recruitment Training.
• Detailed training on US Visas (H1, L1, EADs, GC & Citizenship), geographies and hiring trends.
• Training on Telephony ethics.
• Workshop on hands on recruitment using job boards, Mock calls and email guidelines etc.
