- We are currently searching for an ambitious US Technical Recruiter to join our team.
- Our sales team has grown the business and as a result, were expanding our recruiting team to meet those demands and exceed client expectations.
- This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a supportive team who wants to see you exceed and will provide the necessary training to build a career in the IT Recruiting profession.
- Role is Recruitment sales **** US shift timings***
- Need to be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Be a listener and understand the requirements before jumping on a solution
- Be aggressive and work with a die hard closure attitude
- Be street smart and able to device new ways to identify talent and recruit people
- Be analytical on profitability around the margin
- Enter and update job information into our applicant tracking system
- Present job opportunities to potential candidates
- Post jobs to our internal website and external job boards
- Review, reformat and present resumes to clients.
- Update and ensure accuracy of monthly reporting metrics
- Attend user group meetings and other network events, when applicable
- Assist with onboarding when needed
- Maintain relationships with candidates, including inquiring about referrals when new positions become available
- Assist with candidate interview preps
- We will hire a right fit with good starting salary
- Probation period is 6 months
- Candidate will become eligible for commission on net profit on their Recruitment
- We offer 10 days PTO
- Salary will be revised at the end of probation period and can potentially be a significant raise up to 50% for right candidates
