- Screening & short listing resumes/ candidates and submit the same
- Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates
- Negotiating rates with consultants / vendors
- Adherence to process and SOP
- Resume formatting & submission.
- Co-ordination for interview
- Follow up till joining
