US IT Technical Recruiter

Immediate Joiner
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Looking for immediate joiners with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in North America.
We are expanding our Pune team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability.
He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven.
The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention.
Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experience in Screening candidates, technical screening, Interview scheduling, negotiation, and offer closing.
Proficient in sourcing the right candidates through extensive portal search, social media search & Vendors.
Proficiency with ATS and portals like Monster and Dice.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
The ideal candidates would possess high energy, and be highly motivated and self-directed.
Identify and source qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search), databases, and social media (LinkedIn)
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Good working experience on Corp to Corp, Full Time, W2 & Contract to Hire Requirements in the North American market.
Understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salesforce hiring experience is preferred.
Flexible to work in the US time (Eastern time zone) as needed
This is an onsite position in Hyderabad.
