JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Looking for a professional who is experienced in US IT Technical Recruitment, and has an excellent track record.

Thorough knowledge of various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hour aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EADs, h1b etc.

Expert in handling online portals like -Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet

sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing.

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

Follow up on the interview process status and update records in an internal database

Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication with a very strong accent and active listening skills
