US outbound Sales Executive is the key point of contact between a product and customers acquisition .
Offering advice and sales customers to either generate new businesses or to follow up an outstanding issue.one where you call up the customer or prospects .
The customer which could be for customer care, issue resolution, technical support , selling something, recovery of funds (collection call), issue resolution etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sales Executive make bulk of calls to target customers and clients for business promotion and advertisement that helps in generating more sales and revenue.
- Identifies sales opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating customer ,
- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate service to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing
- Customers in person and via telephone calls and emails ;
- Cold calling to potential customers to prospect for new offers ;
- Responding to incoming Chat, email and phone enquiries ;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales ;
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy ,
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions ;
- liaising with Support Team to check the progress of existing orders ;
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations ;
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards .
3 Years international calling experience.
Basic computer and Networking Knowledge.
The ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills.
A positive, confident, determined approach, resilience and the ability to cope with rejection .
