TITLE: Executive – Resourcing - US Staffing
JOB TYPE: Perm
SHIFT: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
• Understand our client’s job requirements for different profiles.
• Source resumes from US based job boards and filter matching applicants for the job description
• Reach out to relevant candidates by calling them, sending email, sending text messages etc.
• Screen the candidates over phone to ensure that the candidate is suitable for client’s job.
• Submit best matching resumes to clients and coordinate with stakeholders to set-up interview
• Coordinate with US on-boarding team to get selected candidate’s paperwork done.
• Very strong communication skills to be able to interact with candidates at various levels (non-negotiable skill).
• Eagerness to learn new concepts.
• Passionate to achieve targets.
• High-level of commitment towards job.
• Self-motivated with never-say-die attitude
• Should not be hesitant in asking questions and clearing doubts.
• Proactive approach towards recruitment – builds relations with and pipelines candidates as per
• client’s business needs and does not always have to search for resumes when requisition is assigned
