- Should have very good ATTITUDE towards working
- Should be good in Aptitude and Communication Skills
- Should be able to work in night shifts (US Timings)
- Should have at least Graduation
- As a Recruiter, you will be trained thoroughly on how to source, screen and qualify candidates to help our clients Human Resource needs.
- To put it in simple terms, you will help clients in finding the best candidates for them and finding the dream jobs for candidates.
