Quantum World Tele services pvt ltd is looking to fill several US Technical Recruiter positions for their US Operations.
These positions will be based out of our Hazratganj Lucknow office location.

Work Timings: Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients &; requirements.
Regularly interacting with Account Manager in US to understand the requirements.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking,employee referrals.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining &; building the candidate database.

Job Requirements:

0 year to 5 yrs. of experience in US Recruitment & Engineering field
Must be willing to work in night shifts
Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills, 1+ years of experience working with US citizens, EAD and H1 candidates for requirements.
Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Must have experience working with Implementation Partner and Full time position to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
