Job Responsibilities:-
- Over-the-phone direct sales and customer support.
- Disclosure of product and service information.
- Handling of queries/objections.
- Documentation of call related inputs as per standard operating procedures.
- Identification and escalation of priority issues.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with night shifts.
