Job Description
1. Develop custom user interfaces and user experiences for online web-app using FIGMA
2. Create additional page layouts based on existing templates
3. Work closely with developers and leadership teams to bring ideas to life
4. Develop visual style guides
5. Understand web and mobile best practices and strategies

1. Are a design first and forward and have an amazing aesthetic sense
2. Are not necessarily a developer but you understand its limitations and possibilities
3. Are usually thinking about design and development simultaneously in order to make each other better
4. Are team-oriented and thrive in a flexible environment of bouncing off ideas and adapting executions as needed
5. Are constantly curious, and not afraid to break the internet and put it back together again
6. Work well with a team, but your initiative comes from within
7. Keep up with the latest in the web design world and are able to spot when a new technology is a great fit for a project
8. Are able to explain technical concepts to the non-technical
9. Strong portfolio of interactive/responsive/dynamic design
10. Experience in designing web apps
11. Excellent at FIGMA software
12. HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery development skills
13. Command of UI principles/best practices for responsive web design
14. Understanding of web-based development best practices
