• Ensure Equipment’s & Utility availability to production to achieve monthly production target.
  
• Ensure effective preventive maintenance program to increase effective operation of equipments with minimum breakdown.
  
• Ensure highest standard of safety is being followed for all engineering related activity.
  
• Lead the cross functional team for specific projects and activity like OEE, Calibration validation activity for the site.
  
• Ensure best engineering & GMP practices is being followed while executing all engineering related work.
  
• Co ordinate with vendor for timely Completion of projects
  
• Documentation preparation and maintenance as per QA / cGMP guidelines and engineering standard.
  
• New ideas/concepts to be developed to avoid wastage, Energy saving , increase productivity & safety norms.
  
• Ensure facility is maintained as per cGMP requirements.
  
• Ensure all technicians/officers are trained as per training matrix & requirement of engineering dept.
  
• To maintain the all.
  
• Spare parts management
  
• Project planning and execution. Which includes technical detailing, planning and execution on timely and in cost effective manner.
  

Qualification:  BE Mechanical

Skill: Spare Parts Management

Experience:  4 to 5 year

Salary:  No Bar Right Candidate [ More than current CTC]
