Job Description

File No. BECIL/HR/AICTE/Advt.2020/31. Applications are invited for recruitment/empanelment of following manpower purely on contract basis for deployment in Office of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

1. Post/ Requirement: UX/UI Designer MIC (01)

2. Qualification: B.Tech with 4+ years’ experience, M.Tech/MCA with 2+ years’ experience OR M.Sc (IT)/Computer Science with 5 years’ experience

3. Preference: Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design and wireframing tools like Adobe XD/Figma/Coral Draw. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies. Building apps that respond to the natural human thought process.

4. Job Description: Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Build page navigation buttons and search field. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g.. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

5. Emolument: Rs.60,000- 75,000/-
