Job Description
UI/UX Designer
Location: Bengaluru, KA, India
Experience preferred: 2 TO 6 YEARS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- As a member of the Design team at Dunzo, you will be expected to play a versatile role: structured problem-solving and developing creative solutions
- You will create wireframes, prototypes, quick sketches and whatever else is needed to help break down a problem & validate it with our users
- You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts to implement, review, refine and iterate user experiences
- Be obsessed with quality: every micro-interaction needs to be right and edge cases do matter.
- Manage high expectations, differing opinions, difficult constraints and hard timelines!
- Drive a design culture that emphasizes data and user research more than opinions; systems thinking and Indian cultural references more than global trends
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in communicating feature requirements across various platforms (Web, Android, and iOS) via low and high fidelity prototypes
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools Sketch, Figma, Marvel, Principle, Framer etc
- Experience in conducting user research and usability studies
- Experience in creating information architecture documents, user interface style guidelines, re-usable design assets
- Passion for great design, you should know what works, what doesn't and why
- Have a profile on Dribble, Behance (*send us links) || Have worked on app live in one of the app stores (**send us links)
BROWNIE POINTS :
- Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma)
- Experience with web development. Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
