Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and Implement new UX/UI architecture, design and product release deliverables consistent with established SDLC standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional design skills that include a solid understanding of colour, composition, typography, hierarchy and interaction.
- Optimize existing user experience & usability designs, test and combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create high-fidelity interface and experience design comps (mockups) for use across multiple platforms
- voraciously visual, obsessively meticulous with these abilities you make things beautiful, engaging and fun.
- UI Specifications experience (high-fidelity mockup production and interaction rule documentation).
- Information architecture experience (strategic planning and diagrammatic skills)
- Create prototypes for new product ideas.
- 2-5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role with highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools.
- Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX.
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver, fireworks and other wire-framing associates design tools
- Knowledge of colour science, colour therapy & sketch software is preferable.
- Understanding of typography, typographic, design frameworks and responsive design principles are required.
- Understanding of usability concept.
- Should be able to adapt and extend them style guide as required and define new UI components when needed.
- Candidates must have a working knowledge of information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles.
- Experience designing UI for mobile and desktop sites and apps.
