Job Description
Job Summary
- Value Real Estate Assets with in-depth feedback from the real estate brokers available in the vicinity of the property being valued.
- Analyze the properties in terms of transaction value, technical building deviations (FAR Area, Extensions, Multiple units etc.) and other legal issues.
- Answer queries of Clients (Technical Managers) on the valuations done for them in terms of values and technical issues in the properties.
- Real Estate Projects Valuations.
Job location- NCR
Only B.Com./ B.Sc.(Math)/ ITI (Civil) with (CGPI > 6.5 only) candidates need to apply for this post.
Note- Bike is mandatory for Valuation Surveyor Profile.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- B.Sc./B.Com./ITI/diploma in Civil Engineering (CGPA > 6.5 only)
- Interest in Real Estate and understanding of technical aspects of Buildings (Building Bye Laws, deviations, Master plans, Land use plans, Development Policies).
- Strong background in Building Plan analysis & real estate financial analysis related to residential, commercial & retail real estate is ideal.
