Vendor Management Jobs in Delhi - Serv India Consultants SIC

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Adding and managing vendors and constantly improving quality, cost, and delivery terms
2. Ensuring standardization of services, processes, and prices
3. Working on financial compliance: ensuring 100% compliance with taxation, account receivables and payables, and periodic reconciliation with vendors
4. Working on technology adoption: bringing the vendors on SIC tech platforms and driving their orders, services, and account statements through the same
5. Managing external vendor relations within the operations department
6. Performing as a functional bridge and coordinating all vendor management tasks, inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees
7. Ensuring enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment, and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished
8. Helping and coordinating vendor processes and methods to approve vendors
9. Ensuring to track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance
10. Troubleshooting all vendor problems and presenting to management as required
11. Identifying improvement areas internally as well as performing closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions
12. Identifying and implementing continuously and enhance efficiencies
13. Participating to formulate workflow processes, methods, and policies for applying vendors
14. Preparing processes for as well as managing analysis, selection, and transition
