Vendor Manager
Job Description
Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
1. Research contractors to find the best products and prices available within a given market
2. Conduct interviews and meetings with new contractors
3. Negotiate new and existing vendor contracts
4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with contractors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and check their satisfaction levels
5. Act as the first interface of Brick&BoltJob
6. Requires being on-field for over 50% of the time
7. Previous experience of on-field role will be a big plus
Skills & Requirements:
1. Amazing communication skills
2. Very high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals
3. Experience and passion for engaging with contractors, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement
4. Clarity of thought and communication
5. Past experience working in construction or real estate domain is a plus
6. Kannada Language skill is a plus.
