Job Description
National Highways Logistics Management Limited(NHLML) an SPV of NHAI, (Formerly
known as Cochin Port Road Company Limited) formed under the guidance of the MoRT&H
for the implementation of Multi-modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs), Port Connectivity Roads
and other associated projects, invites application for appointment on Direct basis for the
following positions:
1) Vice President, Strategy,Finance & Accounts – 1 Post
2) Vice President, LogisticsInfrastructure - 1 Post
3) Vice President, Passenger Convenience Infrastructure- 1 Post
Qualifications & Experience (i) CA/CMA/CFA/PGDM/MBA from reputed institutes such as IIMs/ISB etc (ii) Minimum 15 years of total professional experience of which at least 5 years’ experience should in handling independently Finance & Accounts, resource management, strategic financing etc. in infra/logistic management projects. (iii) Experience in senior positions in a finance / legal functions in infrastructure / logistics companies will be preferred (iv) Experience in debt raising/resource mobilization would bepreferred
(v) Maximum Age of 50 years.

Remuneration Package
1. Remuneration is based on qualifications and experience of thecandidate.
2. Initial period of appointment shall be three (03) years, which may be extended for a
period of two (02) years with the approval of Chairman,NHLML.
