Any UG / PG Degree is must Must have Experience as a Video Editor or Similar Role Should be a Creative Thinker Should have Good Time Management Skill Should have Great Interpersonal and Communication Skill Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro is must and knowledge in other Video Editing soft wares would be an added advantage. Good creativity skill, knowledge in editing videos, creating creative white board videos etc.
