Job Description
We are looking for an awesome member to help us with back-end task.
- Their roles will be responsible for extracting content from existing documents, photographs, or files for development of response plans for companies.
- Prepare monthly reports from the data gathered from multiple locations.
- Develops and delivers weekly and monthly reports and documentation.
- Daily data entry; preferably proficient in MS Office, Google applications and CRM’s.
- Update and manage program documents.
- Manage Directors schedules
- Update and maintain program files.
- Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the directors.
- Understands the goals and objectives of the entire department and contributes to
- attaining them.
- This is a remote role based in North America.
- (Not essential – but cool)
- Experience with HTML, CSS or WordPress
