KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Generate income bycross-selling products across assets, CASA and third party product segments tocustomers mapped as per portfolio
- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Contact unique set of around 30-35 customers of the portfolioevery day to focus on customer service and relationship management
- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Call handling as per defined standards
- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Customer profiling and service

· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Customer engagement

- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Continuous engagement and connect with the portfolio customerswith accurate amp; complete capture of interaction details.

- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Promotion of digitalplatforms to ensure easy access to banking transactions and create awareness oftechnology enabled initiatives for a superior customer experience

· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Complaint Management

- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Coordination withrespective team managers, sales managers and complaints managers for 100%accuracy on complaint management and resolution within a stipulated time frame

· nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Audit and Service Quality

- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Ensure all laid downsystems and process are followed as stipulated by audit and senior management
- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Ensure accurate and timelysubmission of financial transactions and requests.
- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Achieve quality benchmarkdefined as per target
