To Supervise Online Coding Classes
To Coordinate between Mentors and Marketing Team and assign teachers to Different batches
To ensure that all online classes are running smoothly
To take up classes in case a Mentor is not available
Train New Mentors and instill the passion for teaching
Solve any Mentor issues and Evaluate Mentors
Update regular documentation on Mentor Attendance etc
