Visiting Fellowship/ Overseas Fellowship/Student Internship conducts Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum
Genome Engineering/Editing Technology (GETin) Visiting Fellowship
Eligibility: 1. U.S. Faculty or Foreign Post-Docs presently working in U.S. (for at least two years) in a field having an interface with Genome Engineering/Editing Technologies. 2. Applicant should possess Ph.D., M.D., M.S. or equivalent degree with outstanding track record as evident though publications and other recognitions. 3. Only candidates working overseas for at least two years are eligible to apply.
Age: Up to 60 years as on 31st December 2018
Nature of Support: Monthly remuneration of Rs. 1, 50,000 per month
Genome Engineering/Editing Technology (GETin) Overseas Fellowship
Eligibility: 1. Indian citizens having Ph.D. in Life Science, Biotechnology, Engineering or Technology holding a regular position in public funded R&D Lab/ S&T Institution/recognized Universities/Colleges in India. 2. Applicants must provide proof of independent research work in internationally recognized academic journals. 3. Open only to applicants working in a field having an interface with Genome Engineering/Editing Technology
Monthly stipend of :$ 3,000 per month
Genome Engineering/Editing Technology (GETin) Student Internship
Eligibility: Indian citizens currently pursuing Ph.D. on a full-time basis in various forefront disciplines of biotechnology (agriculture, health sciences, bio-engineering, energy, environment, biomedical, fundamental biology or related allied areas) at a public-funded R&D lab/S&T institute /recognized academic institute/University/College in India. 2. It is mandatory that the theme of the applicant’s research work should have an interface with Genome Engineering/Editing Technology.
Age: Up to 32 years as on 31st December 2018.
Monthly stipend :Rs. $2,500 per month
Genome Engineering/Editing Technology (GETin) Visiting Fellowship
