Job Description
Assist the team in creating Quantium's brand material and ensure the Brand style guide is being followed
Assist the team in refining PowerPoint slides and checking formatting and alignment is consistent
Assist in bringing a team's design vision to life in various Microsoft programs and Adobe applications. Animating skills are a bonus.
Assist the team with defining guidelines and writing documentation around templates use
Contribute to creating design system elements (e.g. making sure various logos and images are saved in brand repository)
Must be able to understand and utilise the strengths and limitations of presentation technology including aspect ratios, video and sound
Must have good and clear communication skills to be able to discuss design ideas with the team
Have ability to organise information in pre-designed templates (e.g. layout design, infographics, general organisation)
Able to manage time well to meet deadlines in an efficient manner
Willing to learn and to take feedback in positive stride
