The Visual Experience Designer will play a pivotal role in inspiring customer and user delight, as well as consistently push edges of the discipline, growing self and company brand value.

What will be needed;

• a passionate design practitioner, who is self taught or with bachelors/masters degree in design
• relevant industry experience (1~8 yrs.) with a strong showcase of shipping B2B and B2C products
• a good listener, receptive to feedback, and clear in articulating the impact of your design in verbal and visual presentation i.e. mood-boards, brand and product story (grid, iconography, typography, color strategy, ...) visual mockups, clickable prototypes, design systems
• collaborate with UI development teams for a pixel-perfect implementation of the envisioned ideas keeping in mind industry best practices for performance, adaptability, and accessibility
• be proficient in designing experiences for multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile)
• be conversant with the digital product industry landscape, the experience design trends and its mindful application in your design solutions
• have the ability to seamlessly work from remote locations, and with remote cross- functional teams, in an agile environment
• be proficient with popular design, collaboration, and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, and others)
• active interest and demonstrated experience in thought leadership (events, conferences, webinars, papers, blogs, etc.) will be a big plus.
