Job Description
Minimum – 3 years to 12 years of experience, Interested candidates can mail CV to Summary:
- Planning of post processing and machining operations
- Identify the scope of work specific regulations and prepare work instructions and guidelines for task execution and provide training to team if required •
- New Development of Post process 3/4/5 axis and Mill Turn & multi-channel CNC Machine using NX
- Machining of structural component for generating Multi Axis (3-5 Axis) tool paths
- Selection of proper fixture, Orientation of CAD model for Manufacturing feasibility and optimize the material utilization
- Selection of Proper cutting tools, right approach to achieve Flanges , Webs & Surface finish
- Coordinate with on-site customers and work the engineering based on their inputs • Knowledge of 3D programming
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes like Milling and Software's like UGN*12, Master CAM, Edge CAM.
- Simulating verifying & optimizing CNC programs
- Vendor development of machining vendors
