Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct Communication & Process Awareness, Compliance sessions for new hires.
- Monitor calls on Communication, Process & Compliance Parameters.
- Provide Coaching & Feedback to improve Agent performance.
- Analyze Audit data on Compliance, Communication & Process related parameters.
- Prepare & Implement action plans based on the findings.
- Analyze the Coaching / Training needs of the agents & support them in delivery.
- Plan and Conduct floor Training Initiatives
- Conduct reviews to ensure consistent performance & provide feedback.
- Develop Action plans and report out the improvement process.
- Keep track of Individual Performance and maintain Pre-Training / Post-Training progress data of the Individuals
- Excellent communication Skills
- Should have experience in calling process
- Technical knowledge of English communication - intonation, syllable, punctuation etc
- Presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills.
- Knowledge in Audit & Coaching process.
- Basic computer skills & sufficient knowledge in MSOffice
- Conflict resolution skills & Motivation skills
- Negotiating Skills will be a added advantage
- Knowledge of basic sales principles will be an added advantage
- Should have worked in the above (Task / Responsibilities) areas for at least 1 to 3 years
