Job Openings for Web Chat Service Advisor (Semi Voice Process) For International Process Reputed BPO Organization at Ahmedabad Location.

- Position: Voice / Semi Voice Process (Web Chat & Voice)

- Experience: Fresher to Experience Both
- Work Location: Ahmedabad
Salary:
- For Fresher (12th Pass Or Under Graduate): Up To 15,000 /- Pm
- For Fresher (Any Graduate) : Up To 18,000 /- Pm
- For Experience Candidates: Up To 28,000 /- Pm (As Per Your Experience)
- (Cab Service Provided In Night Shifts Only)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic Knowledge Of Computers
- Good Typing Skills; Net Speed Should Be At Least 25wpm
- Relevant Experience Would Be Preferred (Customer Service)
- Should Be Willing To Work In Rotational And Night Shifts
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written And Spoken)
Job Role:
- The Web Chat Services Advisor Role Requires Answering Customers’ Queries On Live Chats And On The Phone; Wherein Customer Service And Satisfaction/Delight Will Be The Main Objectives.
- The Role Will Also Require The Advisor To Be Good At Analyzing/Comprehending Customer Queries And Accounts, And Then Providing The Correct Resolution As Per Set Operating Procedures And Performance Matrices.
- He / She Should Be Able To Deliver According To The Set Productivity And Quality Standards And Targets.
Description:
- He / She Will Need To Provide Information Related To The Customer’s Account/Services And Processes Etc On Live Chats And Calls.
- Will Need To Research (Real-Time) Information On Various Tools To Provide Accurate Information To The Customer.
- Need To Maintain All Pertinent Data Related To The Customer Interaction.
- Will Be Required To Handle At Least Two Chats At A Time, And Make Outbound Calls When Required.
- Will Need To Ensure Utmost Customer Satisfaction To Be Able Perform And Fetch Good C-Sat And NPS.
- Should Be Able To Deliver According To The Set Productivity And Quality Standards And Targets.
- Will Be Required To Work On Numerous Applications And Systems At A Time.
