Candidate should have,
Good Communication skills
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them,
positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English Hindi - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Qualification: UG/Graduate/PG (fresher or Experience)
BE, B Tech, MBA & MCA candidate should have at least 6 Months experience in
BPO.
