Resolving customer queries that maintains a high standard of customer service. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- We want a candidate who has a good command in English.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible to work in a challenging work environment.
- Result Oriented
- Must be comfortable for Calling.
- Handling inquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
- Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead in Handling Telephonic Inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹13,000 to - ₹35,000.00 /month
