Mahindra Business Solutions hiring Associates for Non Voice Openings- Email & Chat Process at Goregaon
Your job profile is as follows:
· Understand customer queries & complaints
· Handle their queries through Emails/ Chat or on Calls if required.
· Handle escalations
· Provide solutions to customer queries
· Maintain rapport with customers
· Maintain database and daily reports
Key Skills Required:
· Should be able to speak fluent English
· Should have good written skills
· Should be a quick learner

Job Location: Goregaon
Working Hours: Shifts between 8 am to 8 pm (9 Hours working)
NO NIGHT SHIFTS
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
Salary Offered: 2.28 LPA to 2.52 LPA
