We are coming up with a new center in Viman Nagar based in Pune itself.
Attached are the Job description & specifications for the same and we plan to start our first training batch of minimum 25 associates and 5 support starting 14th Oct'20.

- Associates - Age Criteria - 18 to 30 yrs ; Education Qualification - UG/Grad
- Support - Age Criteria - 18 + & as per experience ; Education Qualification - minimum Graduation
- All interviews for associates would have 3 rounds (HR, Ops & Client) Telephonic / VC.
- Support / lateral hiring would also be 3-4 rounds (mostly telephonic & chances of VC/Zoom)
- Salary range for associates would be between 11k-16k (Process incentive as applicable) and support level would be compatible with location and industry.
- Language - English + Hindi ; Vernac - Max insert- 2 per batch for Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam with English & Hindi
- Good written & verbal communication
- 0-3 Yrs. experience in insurance industry preferably sales
