Walk in interview for the role of IT- Asset Management

Contract : 1year full time contract under third party payroll

Salary : Up to 3.5 LPA

Should have a zeal to learn and unlearn and ready to take ad hoc responsibilities .

Energetic

Should be well spoken in English ( NO Mother tongue influence )

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide day to day execution and coordination support for ITAM processes across all stages of the IT asset lifecycle (request to retire)

2. Validate compliance of asset requests against ITAM policy and provides recommendations and validations to concerned team.

3. Provide notifications to stakeholders as part of the ITAM process execution.

4. Maintain the accuracy of the IT Asset repository and escalates any issues on the data Quality by periodic discovery.

5. Reporting of IT Asset variances (hardware, software and equipment) and identifies steps for addressing variances.

6. Monitor ITAM policy compliance and escalates issues to ITAM Manager.

7. Supports internal self-audits and external audits of hardware and software assets as required.

8. Creates dashboards and reports and provides visibility on key IT Asset Management stats licenses, maintenance and costs.

9. Raise Purchase requisitions in relevant tool.

10. Coordinate with vendors for getting the required software licenses.

11. Maintain records of procured licenses in Software Asset Register (SAR).

12. Provide licenses to Application Owners and update in SAR.

13. Support the team in preparing compliance reports in a timely manner.

Experience & Qualification :

0 to 3 years of Asset Management Experience

Strong Communication Skills both Written and Verbal

Open to Work in challenging situations

Good knowledge on both HAM & SAM process is an added advantage

Good analytical skills
