Job Description

Job Summary
1. Order processing within SLA's for all leading Marketplaces and own website.
2. Inventory management.
3.Managing packing supplies and maintain records.
4.Returns management & Raising tickets in case of damaged /defective goods.
5.Raising tickets in case of delay or no pickups with courier/Marketplaces.
6.Ensuring correct & Timely product Shipment.
Desired Skill and Experience:
Should have relevant order processing experience for all leading marketplaces
Experience in managing inventory management software ex Uniware (Unicommerce) is a must
Manages time effectively and efficiently
