Job Description
- Under Graduation mandatory
- 10th Pass with ITI Diploma in EEE ECE
- Maintaining 6 Calls Visits Per Day Productivity 85 Attendance to be maintained per month
- Attend Customer Service Request Complaint minimum 85 to be completed by same day Documentation of all activities on the field as per the company process
- To raise the bill as per MRP of spares and ensure the payment collected from customers are submitted to BP same day
- Renew Annual Maintenance Contract from In-Warranty In Contract customer 30 days prior to the end date of Warranty Contract
- Follow up with a customer who has not renewed Annual MaintenanceâŚ
