Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
§Create compelling and effective designs for digital and offline assets for B2B companies based on the client’s creative brief and branding guidelines.§Collaborate
with the team to ensure consistency of design and communication across various
media outlets.
§Create
high-end quality work in a fast-pace and process-driven environment, to meet
deadlines and client expectations for creativity, quality, and accuracy.
§Communicate
professionally during stressful situations, resolving problems effectively and
positively.
Eligibility Criteria
§2-4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably for B2B companies)§Bachelor's
degree in Graphic Design or related field
Required Skill Set:
§Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Flash and HTML will be an added advantage. §Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills §Understanding of design and user experience nuances for multiple assets such as e-mail, e-book, presentation, website, whitepaper, social posts etc.§Relentless
customer focus and obsession. The ability to empathize with B2B customers;
their different values, priorities, perceptions, tolerances and experiences.
