We are hiring freshers for Web Designer profile.

Job Description 

• Design visual attractive interfaces and web pages based on principals of design and usability.
  
• Look for ways to evolve the user experience in the form of smart design solutions and new user interactions for clients.
  
• Work collaboratively with developers, programmers and account team to ensure design concepts are delivered according to client concept.
  
• Create and assist the creative process with client e-commerce initiative form original concept to final implementation.
  
• Designing a draft site for client approval or modification.
  
• Create and implement innovative website, banner, email communications, presentations and Flash Graphics.
  
• Ensure maximum usability and functionality of each web based project.
  
• Exposure to Print Media and able to pre prepare final print ready files.
  
• Check preliminary and final proofs for errors and make necessary corrections.
  

• Depth knowledge and understanding of HTML, Dreamweaver or Flash Animation.
  
• Strong talent for all elements of design, layout and typography.
  
• Have strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Superior project management skills, strong initiative and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
  
• Ability to keep abreast of innovative design trends and technologies.  
  
• Qualification : B.Tech ( C.Se/ IT), BCA , B. Se.
  
• Work Experience : Fresher
