Web Designer (1-3 years)

• We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and create amazing user experiences. 
• He/She should have an eye for clean and artful web designs along with superior user interface design skills.
• The ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts would be highly valued.
• Once a website is created, the designer would help with maintenance and additions to the website. 
• He/She would work with development teams or managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.
• A passion for keeping up with various web design trends, an eye for detail and ability to learn, unlearn and relearn are a must. 
• Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio along with your application.
• Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality websites that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. 
• Knowledge of HTML and good communication skills are added advantages

Responsibilities

• Designing webpage layout
• Update website design as needed
• Creating back up files
• Producing sample sites
• Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
• Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
• Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
• Developing skills and expertise inappropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and JavaScript
• Creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
• Digital retouching and image editing
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Submit work to the marketing team leads for input and approval
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) according to branding

Requirements

• Passion for web designing
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer
• Familiarity with different web design trends
• Ability to collaborate and work with different members of the team (team player)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent skills in English is an added advantage
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Any Degree or Diploma in Graphics related fields
• Salary: 12k-20k
